Cognitivism
As a computer science student, it is hard to think any questions independently. Therefor, many of my knowledge come from my teachers and professors in the university. The professor give me their experiences on computer science and I learn from their experiences. And then, I can deal these peoblems with myslef. This is much more like cognitivism.
Fixed Mindset
I am bad at writing things like writ an essay will make me anxious. So I think my writing ability is hard to improve. I do spend time on practice writing but it still in an unsatisfied level. Therefor, I think some ability really in a fixed mindset.
Growth Mindset
However, some skills and abilities can be growth with many practices such as playing pc games, play musical instruments. For me, the soccer skill can be improve by practice a lot.
Myths about learning
When I was in elementary school, my parents always said do highlights while you are reading and read these sentences many times. When I grow up, I found out highlights and repeatedly reading do not help me with my study.
